Country 21/196: Chad Destination: N'djamena Well, the first thing every tourist needs to know about N'djamena is that it's forbidden to take photos of the most prominent places and monuments unless you have a special permit from the government. Country 20/196: Nigeria Destination: Lagos Lagos was a roller-coaster for us. First, we met the nicest guy who made the visa gaining process upon arrival very easy for us, even though we didn't have all the necessary paperwork. Country 19/196: Côte d'Ivoire Destination: Abidjan Abidjan is big city life. It's the perfect combination of modern and traditional, the perfect place to experience 21st century Africa. We were staying in the city center and we were very surprised to see how empty the city is on a Sunday. Country 18/196: Niger Destination: Niamey Our stay in Niamey was short but sweet. The capital of Niger is powered by the Niger River, which is also an endless source of beauty. Country 17/196: Burkina Faso Destination: Ouagadougou During our short stay, we visited some of the most popular attractions in Ouagadougou, including the awesome Parc Bangr-Weoogo, which is no ordinary city park. Country 16/196: Benin Destination: Cotonou We were staying at the lovely Villa les Orchidées hotel, which is located at the beautiful Obama beach. Country 15/196: Togo Destination: Lomé We took a bus from Accra to Lomé and then from Lomé to Cotonou, so we got to see the whole coast of Togo, including the lovely lake Togo.
