Country 57/196: The Democratic Republic of the Congo Destinations: Goma, Nyiragongo volcano As Ebola continues to be an issue in the DRC, we decided to visit the country for only two days and to spend it in nature, far from the dangerous disease. Country 56/196: Burundi Destinations: Bujumbura, Tanganyika Lake Since 2015, Burundi has been experiencing some political issues and uprisings, which is why the country is currently mostly closed for tourists. Country 55/196: Zimbabwe Destination: Victoria Falls As in Zambia, Victoria Falls are also the tourist capital of Zimbabwe. Naturally, we had to check it out. We just loved the falls so much in Zambia that we had to do it all over again. ;) And I'm glad we did, as we actually liked the Zimbabwean side of the falls even a bit more.
